The development proposes to bifurcate the site to accommodate both industrial outdoor storage and a ~250,000 square foot Cold Storage Warehouse Facility, with the ability for 70-foot clear heights. The proposed facility will encompass 200,600 square feet of freezer space, 12,100 square feet of office space, and a 41,466 square foot cold dock. Additionally, the facility will provide 88 parking spaces, 36 loading bays, and 76 trailer parking stalls to ensure seamless operations. Given the size of the site, there will also be 6 acres of IOS.
